What the profile stores
The profile stores only details a visitor chooses to submit: name, contact fields, hair goal, preferences, referral attribution, and the permission status for email, text, social contact, and print mail.
How permission works
Each marketing channel is optional and unchecked by default. Saving a profile does not require agreeing to email, text, social outreach, or print mail, and it is not a condition of booking or shopping. Text-message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Opening a saved profile
A returning client uses a saved email, phone number, or Instagram handle together with a private profile code. First and last names are display information and are never used as a password.
Appointments and products
Appointment booking and SalonInteractive checkout occur on their respective destinations. This website records outbound action clicks; it does not infer a completed appointment or purchase from a click.
Referral activation
A referral code can attribute an introduction without exposing the referrer's contact details. Any referral benefit is activated only after Hair By Joy confirms the qualifying completed visit.
